Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

•  New Zealand: free standard shipping for all orders
    (Estimated shipping time 1-3 days)

•  Australia: flat rate of $10 AUD for all orders
   (Estimated shipping time 3-8 days)

•  United Kingdom: flat rate of £10 GBP for all orders
   (Estimated shipping time 5-10 days)

•  United States: flat rate of $10 USD for all orders
   (Estimated shipping time 5-10 days)

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing.

All our orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.
All orders will be tracked and traced.

Ensure to provide a correct and complete physical shipping address (delivery to a P.O. box is not valid), valid contact phone number, and email address when placing your order at checkout. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Any additional duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees upon arrival/incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We will not be held liable for any unexpected delays and additional fees applied to or associated with international orders or shipments.

DELIVERY

Please ensure the physical delivery address indicated at checkout is correct and complete.
You may be required to sign for deliveries made by registered mail and couriers.

We are not liable for:

•   return shipping fees/fees to resend a shipment if our carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address supplied by you.
•   your refusal to pay any duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees incurred upon arrival/at customs.
•   multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery, or otherwise.
•   delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.

All shipping fees connected to returned products due to unsuccessful delivery are the customer's responsibility. 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact info@dosmade.com with your order number within 24 hours.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once shipping confirmation has been issued.

LOST SHIPMENTS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address, with correct and complete shipping information.
We are unable to replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages.
Once we receive proof of delivery, we will not be held liable for lost packages.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

If your product is damaged while it is being shipped to you, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and please ensure you record any information regarding your order during this period, as any complimentary resolutions will not be granted after this period of time.
